A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

Something has infiltrated the corridors of the USCSS Rhea, and as Deck Officer you must work with the ship's MUTHUR computer to stop it. You'll need to bring the ship's systems back online and then lure the creature below decks to destroy it. But be warned, MUTHUR serves the ruthless Weyland-Yutani Corporation, and so may have a different agenda...

Inspired by the original Alien movie, this retro text game was created using Python and the PyGame library.

Install instructions

Download the zip file for either Windows or Mac, this should provide an executable file which can be played immediately. 

If you would prefer to download the original files and run in a code environment (e.g. VS Code) then you can do so from GitHub: https://github.com/op3rafish/alien_muthur

Note: You will need the `PyGame` library pip installed.
